SUMMARY:JULY CANINE FIRST AID WEBINAR
DESCRIPTION:LIVE CANINE FIRST AID WEBINAR – FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME!\nSo what to you need to do to access the training via webinar?  Well\, when you book on through the button below\, you will receive an email.  That email will have the joining link you need to access the training which will be delivered through the TEAMS software.  YOU DO NOT NEED THE SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON YOUR DEVICE TO ACCESS THE TRAINING. The link will take you to the entrance hall where you will wait to be let in at the beginning of the session.\nPLEASE TRY TO LOG ON nice and early on the day of the session so that any technical glitches can be resolved BEFORE the class gets underway.  Once the session is in progress I’m afraid I will not be able to access my phone to address any problems until the half way break.\n………………………………………. \nOn our courses\, EVERYBODY is welcome from Students through to Professional Groomers\, Pet Sitters\, Dog Trainers\, Security Guards\, Hobbyists and members of the General Public.  We deal with shock\, bleeding\, choking\, bites\, road traffic accidents as well as the big topics of CPR and Artificial Respiration \n\nEach student will gain a certificate of attendance and full course notes to take away\, so note taking throughout the session is unnecessary.\n.\nDuring the bandaging section\, I will demonstrate on one of my dogs and if you have your dog handy\, then you could try this as we go along too.  However\, it is generally safer to practice your skills initially on a human volunteer rather than on your furry best friend.   A dog cannot give you any feedback about your skills so by doing it on a person\, we can get their honest opinion once the bandage is complete. Human skin also reacts clearly by changing colour and temperature if it is too tight and swells up which is great for you to witness as a learning tool.  Once you are consistently getting positive feedback from your human “Rover”\, that’s the time to start practising on your dog.\n\n.\nWe have a fully stocked shop on the website where any products featured (and many more that we don’t mention) will be available for you to buy should you wish: our Rhodes 2 Recovery books\, bandages\, first aid kits\, vet wrap\, tick pickers etc.  If you do order from our website\, your merchandise will be sent to you in a different package from your certificate to ensure that it arrives with you in a nice\, flat condition\, rather than squeezed in with your purchases.\n\n\n\n(Spaces are paid for in full\, in advance\, and sadly are non-refundable if cancelled with less than two weeks notice.)\n\n\n\n\n……………………………………….\nRhodes 2 Safety have been ranked as the UK’s Number 1 for canine first aid training every year in the Business Excellence Awards as well as the Winner of the Outstanding Training Provider of the Year award\, 2017\, Global Excellence Training Provider of the Year 2018\,  finalist in the 2019 & 2024 Animal Star Awards\, Trusted Business Woman of the Year\, 2021\, and UK’s Trusted Canine First Aid Provider of the Year 2022\, 23 and 24\, so you know the information and service you get from us will be second-to-none

If you do order from our website\, your merchandise will be sent to you in a different package from your certificate to ensure that it arrives with you in a nice\, flat condition\, rather than squeezed in with your purchases.\n\n\n\n(Spaces are paid for in full\, in advance\, and sadly are non-refundable if cancelled with less than two weeks notice.)\n\n\n\n\n……………………………………….\nRhodes 2 Safety have been ranked as the UK’s Number 1 for canine first aid training for the last 8 years straight (2016\,17\,18\,19\,20\, 21\, 22 & 23) in the Business Excellence Awards as well as the Winner of the Outstanding Training Provider of the Year award\, 2017\, Global Excellence Training Provider of the Year 2018\,  finalist in the 2019 & 2024 Animal Star Awards\, Trusted Business Woman of the Year\, 2021\, and UK’s Trusted Canine First Aid Provider of the Year 2022\, so you know the information and service you get from us will be second-to-none

DESCRIPTION:Due to restrictions placed upon us in accordance with the Corona virus\, we are currently still not able to get together IN PERSON.  We are\, however\, absolutely able to go ahead with our teaching sessions remotely.  Certificates and course notes will be posted to you after the event to keep your CPD requirements up to date.  All the sessions we have delivered in this manner since April 2020 have been very warmly received\, with our students agreeing that no information is lost in this delivery method … though obviously it’s a shame you don’t get to meet Coda\, Rain and Dice in person for snogs and cuddles! \n………………………………………. \nSo what to you need to do to access the training via webinar?  Well\, you will be logging on to take part from your home – if you are going to watch the course on a PC or a laptop\, then provided you have Google Chrome on your computer\, simply clicking the joining link will take you straight into the meeting. \nIf you are going to watch via a tablet or other mobile device\, then you will need to make sure you have already downloaded the 8×8  Meetings app to your phone or tablet.  Then\, at the time of the meeting\, just click the joining link in your email to connect straight through. \nThe session will be open to join 60 MINUTES before it is due to start to enable everybody the time to get to grips with the tech so we can still start promptly.  If you have any questions\, please do give me a call on 07946 208817 and we will talk you through any glitches. \nWhen you book your place\, you will be sent an email with the login codes so you can access the session. \n………………………………………. \nRhodes 2 Safety have been ranked as the UK’s Number 1 for canine first aid training for the last 4 years straight (2017\,18\,19\,20) in the Business Excellence Awards as well as the Winner of the Outstanding Training Provider of the Year award\, 2017\, Global Excellence Training Provider of the Year 2018 and a finalist in the 2019 Animal Star Awards\, so you know the information and service you get from us will be second-to-none. \n………………………………………. \nOn our courses\, EVERYBODY is welcome from Students through to Professional Groomers\, Pet Sitters\, Dog Trainers\, Security Guards\, Hobbyists and members of the General Public.  We deal with shock\, bleeding\, choking\, bites\, road traffic accidents as well as the big topics of CPR and Artificial Respiration \n\nEach student will gain a certificate of attendance and full course notes to take away\, so note taking throughout the session is unnecessary. For students attending as part of their vocational studies\, the course generates 3 CPD points.\n.\nI will record the entire session so\, in the unlikely event that your signal drops out during the live transmission\, I will be able to send you over a video of any parts you missed.\n.\nDuring the bandaging section\, I will demonstrate on one of my dogs and if you have your dog handy\, then you could try this as we go along too. If you do order from our website\, your merchandise will be sent to you in a different package from your certificate to ensure that it arrives with you in a nice\, flat condition\, rather than squeezed in with your purchases.\n\n\n\nCome and join us.
